Empecé el proceso de selección online, con dos fases de exámenes. Sólo pasé la primera, eran pequeñas investigaciones/resúmenes sobre asuntos que te dan, no puedes “copiar y pegar” y tienes el tiempo contado.

2 behavioral interviews and 1 written test assessing the ability to summarize information under a time crunch. It was called the Bykov Test and it involved collecting key information from roughly 30 pages of text in less than 20 hours.
