Kroger Assistant Store Manager/Co Manager interview questions

I sent my application somewhere around February and March, did not heard anything until late August. I was told to complete 6-7 behavioral questions as part of the application. I was called to set up the first interview at the district office. It was about an hours long. Was pretty basic. Went over personal information, background, etc. If the first interview goes well, you move on to another interview but this time at the division office. The second interview was almost 3 hours long, went over your application in real detail and part of it was a role play, to assess your thought process and leadership abilities. About 5 days later, I got a phone call offering me the job and going over my starting pay.
