I applied on their website. A couple of weeks after I was contacted by the company and invited me to an interview. In it we talked about my background, skills that could be useful in the customer service field, and asked some situational questions.(the correct answer was the customer). After that, I was offered a position.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
