Interview
After applying online, you may call to schedule a one on one interview with the store's AA. In the interview, the hiring manager will describe to you the requirements of the job you're applying for. You'll be asked a few questions and then be sent on your way. If they like you, they will give you a call back to schedule a group interview. My group consisted of the hiring manager, the overall store manager, and three other potential employees (some applying for other positions). You get asked 3 or 4 questions and say your answers aloud. If they like you, you will come in for a drug test.

If the bakery department was closed, and a customer insisted on getting a cake with personalized writing on it, even offering to do the writing themselves, and the icing was right there on the counter, what would you do?
