It really seemed like more of a formality than anything. I showed up, answered a couple questions and took a mouth swab drug test on site. It certainly seemed like most of their vetting process was completed beforehand.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
