I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Blue Ash, OH)
Interview
Focuses on standard behavior based interviewing. Think of Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) based questions. Process was pretty straight forward, HR recruiters started the process and handed resumes that met the criteria over to hiring managers and coordinated the in person interview. Kroger Technology likes to hire people that they have gotten to know through internships, or contract work before investing in an employee.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kroger (Boca Raton, FL) in Aug 2020
Interview
Initial call was with the recruiter where they gave an overview of the company and the job and the requirement for the position. They did ask about salary expectation which I felt was a bit early in the game. This was followed up by two video conference interviews with the hiring manager and the team.
