I recently interviewed for a React Developer role and cleared all three rounds: 1. Technical Round: Focused on React concepts like hooks, state management, performance optimization, and a coding task. 2. Director Round: Discussed my experience, projects, and alignment with the company’s vision. 3. HR Round: Covered the offer and policies. Even after completing all rounds, they informed me that they couldn't meet my expected salary and, on top of that, didn’t provide PF deductions, which was disappointing.
