Went well, everyone was nice in the actual interviews. Didn't get the offer but that's not the concern I wanted to review.
I wanted to leave this review because of how I was rejected: I got a form letter with literally no information of mine filled in like it was robot generated. Really sloppy and unprofessional. "Dear [Insert Name Here], thank you for interviewing for [Position Here] at [Company Here]" and so on.
I really was legitimately excited to work for this company and I imagine other candidates are too. They spend a lot of time preparing and ~6 hours over the phone or in person interviews, traveling, etc. So please put in the same consideration the other direction. I understand how bots and places like Ziprecruiter help the process on companies' ends but when they rely so much on this you get results like this that reflect poorly on them.
