Kraft Business Systems interview questions

I had three full interviews. Each one was very positive, and at the second interview, I was told I was their top choice. At the third interview, they said they'd narrowed it down to two candidates and were hoping to hire us both. Then ... nothing. I followed up and was told that they'd get back to me later in the day. Nada. I followed up a month later out of curiosity and was told I'd get an offer in two weeks. Nope, no response at all. Very strange, I just wonder why they wasted their time and mine.
