Kotter interview questions

I et with several people and it was a very conversational style. There is a project at the end with about 6 people in the room. It was on site and I had a chance to have lunch with one of the people I would be working with.

It was a 3 month interview that started in early December and concluded in mid-March. It consisted of a response to a series of questions from an internal recruiter, a subsequent interview with the recruiter, an interview with a director, then a project/presentation with a panel interview consisting of various Kotter employees.
