Interview
The interview was fairly long - took about 3 weeks for the whole process.You complete online assessments to assess if you're a fit for their company, they then call you for a phone interview and after that you must complete a writing sample along with 6 references. You then have a montage panel interview with 3 of the directors. Overall interview was good! but they do repeat the same behavioral questions in each interview so you have to know how to answer it differently each time with a lot of detail. They were a little sloppy with the process and they accidentally sent me other people interview stuff so I could see who I was against. They also were extremely slow to letting everyone know if they got a position, in which I had to email multiple times before the decided to reply back...it was sketchy in my opinion how they handled it.
Had a chat, had an interview online process and assessment, had to pass this to make it through to the final stage interview. Better if you have specific experience in the position your going into

I was cold contacted on Linkedin. Set up an interview the same day. Was told I’d be contacted the following week but was ghosted. I did email the recruiter with a few questions, but she never got back to me.
