Applied online for WDC location; received call from the Minneapolis office within 1 day to schedule initial phone screen - questions were your typical job-related background questions; lasted about 30 minutes.
Next day received email requesting a phone or Skype interview with corporate office, which was scheduled within the same week (about 2-3 days later); spoke with 2 individuals on the same day (one from LA, the other from NYC); questions were behavior in nature and more specific to professional background focusing on the job description.
The next week they followed up with a request to take an online assessment meant to gauge skill, behavior and cultural fit.
After taking the assessment, I was scheduled for in-person interviews with WDC office management which were your typical round-robin interviews, each lasting about 40min to an hour. Some were behavior based questions, others seemed to be gauging personality and fit more than skill-set.
These interviews were followed up by a breakfast meeting with the managing partner (clearly to gauge behavior and personality fit). The following week, I was offered the job.
