I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Koreaboo (The Hague) in Apr 2020
Interview

Question 1
Wat betekent het voor jou om team member te worden van dit bedrijf.
Wie ben jij buiten werk?
I met with the CEO and the whole thing only lasted about 8 minutes tops. It was a very brief conversation, mostly an opportunity to ask questions. I didn't really feel like the CEO actually listened to my answers when he asked a few questions at the beginning of the session.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koreaboo (Busan) in Sep 2019
Interview
The first step was to apply online via their website but they already asked to write several short assignments there (writing about some kpop news, introducing a kpop group etc) at the same time as attaching the CV and answering other questions. Then they contacted me by email to translate 2 articles. Then the next step was to write 1 article on a given subject. Then i had a video interview. But the job they offered required to write 7 articles per day, with not only writing but also curating and research, providing photos or other media contents, editing, uploading, sharing on sns and managing the sns, reporting about your work etc. All this in only 8hours a day. The salary is a fixed amount so if you have to work extra hours to finish your quota of work, you wont be paid more. Writing an article definitely takes more than 1 hour, with all the extra work you have to do on it (curating, research, photo and media search, editing, uploading, sns management etc). So if you want this job, be prepared to have to do all that for 7 articles in only 8hours. I thought the amount of work per day would be too much, for a very small salary, and no welfare benefits.
