Slow interview process. Didn't provided feedback for more than one and half month. Conducted an unnecessary second interview sessions in which same questions were asked that were previously answered in the first technical interview. Again asked irrelevant questions in the HR session those questions were answered previously. Offered salary which was less than my current salary.
