Quick turnaround! After submitting my application directly to the Kohler site, I received an e-mail from the HR recruiter and I spoke with them during the week. Then, I received an invitation to meet the Hiring Manager in-person, followed by an interview with the Director. Lastly, I received an invitation to speak with HR to go over the position.

Very long process. 4+ rounds. Easy questions though. Seems like they want to push it up the later to the top before hiring. It took over 6 weeks to get it done, although it was holiday times

Answered the phone and had a nice welcome and short introduction. Was told the first few questions would be some basic corporate style questions and then would proceed to questions that more pertained to the position.

First statement was are you aware of Kohlers commitment to covid19 and requiring all new hires to be vaccinated. This was not listed anywhere on the job application or requirements. Just a heads up to anyone looking.
