Interview
The interview consists of three stages: an initial 30-minute call, a take-home coding assignment, and a final meeting with the team. While the structure is clear and well-paced, candidates are expected to invest significant time and effort in preparation and completion of the tasks. Unfortunately, despite this commitment, Kobkiat IT failed to provide any follow-up communication. Not receiving even a simple rejection email is disappointing and reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Clear and timely feedback — even if it's a brief "no" — is the minimum that applicants deserve after putting in substantial work. I do not recommend wasting your time with this "company".
I had interview in Bangkok regarding job offer for QA Automation Software Engineer.
The interview was holded in one hotel which is far away of my location where staying.I paid all costs of transport to there and not company which invited me to interview, how doing professional companies.
The interview was short,many questions was related more to my personal life then to job experience,classic proform fake interview that do something and fill qoute of candidates.
