Kobalt Music Group interview questions

Met with recruiter for screen, then hiring manager. Fell off after. Was a good experience overall. There evidently would have been two more rounds after that had I been selected, an onsite with the team, and then with an executive.

Long drawn out interview process of 8+ weeks. Constant back and forth, new interview rounds added at the last minute, very uncommunicative recruiter who wouldn't respond for a week+ at a time. Meetings with recruiter, hiring manager, Vice president, CFO, President. No one seemed to really know what was going on. They kept the job dangling over me and quietly reopened the position - despite telling me they were not speaking to anyone else and I was the final candidate. Terrible interview process, horrible experience.
