Long drawn out interview process of 8+ weeks. Constant back and forth, new interview rounds added at the last minute, very uncommunicative recruiter who wouldn't respond for a week+ at a time. Meetings with recruiter, hiring manager, Vice president, CFO, President. No one seemed to really know what was going on. They kept the job dangling over me and quietly reopened the position - despite telling me they were not speaking to anyone else and I was the final candidate. Terrible interview process, horrible experience.
