Interview
Applied online and a few weeks later got a phone screen interview where the main concern was whether I'd accept the salary range. Like most nonprofits, they want the max for the minimum and combined the duties of three positions in one while offering a low salary in a high-cost area. Got invited to a panel interview and the process was fairly standard in terms of the questions asked. The staff seemed nice but the workspace is tight and kind of run down and the location is under an I-84 overpass and could be unsafe at night.

Two interviews prior to hiring. First interview was with ED and a program manager, followed by a panel interview. There was some confusion for me as to who all the people were and what role they played in the organization
