Scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter, who no showed on our original scheduled time with no explanation or apologies. Scheduled for another time a week later because they had no availability the rest of the week of our original time. Recruiter then rescheduled the new time for another date without asking if that worked for me. Then, the day before the rescheduled call (for the time THEY chose), canceled the call altogether and said the role was no longer available. A tip to the company, if you know you have a candidate in the final stages of interviewing for a role and that you will likely extend an offer to them, don’t schedule phone screeners with new candidates, as it is disrespectful of their time and energy.
