I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Knowledge Capital Group (Charleston, SC) in May 2023
Interview
Very intimate. Got to know what you were getting into. Had the opportunity to go to the office in-person which is a nice change to all the zoom interviews currently being conducted.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Knowledge Capital Group in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied through my college job portal. I was contacted for an interview, then didn't hear back from them for 3 weeks after I followed up. They were late to call and a different girl than they told me answered the phone and was pretty disinterested and rude. I sent a follow up thank you note and then never heard back. Super unprofessional.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Knowledge Capital Group (Charleston, SC)
Interview
The interview process was a quick phone screening followed by an in person interview. The phone screening was fine. The founder spoke extremely highly of himself and attempted to use tactics of intimidation, ripping apart my resume and actually insulting my current pay. The in person interview was strange, they barely asked any questions. Coming from a big four consulting firm, it wasn't very organized or impressive. At the end of the day, they completely ignored me for weeks before sending a generic email. I think they are trying to grow but won't be very successful since they have no true consultants on staff.

Question 1
They asked me why I had a few jobs the past and "jumped around".
