Interview
Easy. Knight does not guarantee you the job during the first 3 days until your background and drug test comes back and after you have done their physical etc you go in, do a physical, some tests online, take a drug test and some tablet work.

Experience, any preventables, tickets, driving offenses and/or your misdemeanors etc. Make sure you are honest for they will be honest and work with you. If you are not honest you will be disqualified, and sent home even if you are on day 2 of the hiring process.

I think they were very professional and courteous. Very thorough too. They did a good job of dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Seem to be lacking on getting you signed up for health insurance before you hit the road

Interview
if you can walk and talk you are hired, very low bar. Driver trainers are the worst in the industry. terminals are all located in very bad areas, drivers are advised not to leave at night.
