Phone Screen - 15 min Interview with Hiring Manager - 30 min Interview with 2 other CS Team Managers - 30 min x2 Case Study Presentation - 45 min to prep, 45 min with Hiring Manager and another team member Transparent process throughout. Only negative was that I had to wait til Monday afternoon and ask about the decision, as opposed to hearing back the week of, as I was told. I was also given some information to prep for the interview round with 2 managers and none of that was used. So I was a bit caught off guard. Overall a great experience. I'm grateful for the opportunity and I trust their decision that I wasn't a good fit for them.
