I was recommended for the role by an existing employee, their were five steps to the process with the last one quite informal. Every person that I spoke to throughout the process was a delight, the interview process was about my experience, ability to do the role and how I would fit into the company culture. It was also around where I saw the innovations in industry and the future of partnerships in ecommerce and the market as a whole.
