if you’re here because you’re waiting for your interview or looking for tips and tricks for the abstract reasoning test, hear me out: DO NOT wast your time. Really, just don’t, they’re not worth it. I’ve applied before discovering all of the comments here, that are like 98% negative. I’ve got an email saying that i’m invited for the test and another email with a calendar to schedule a pre-screening call with a recruiter. On the day that i’ve scheduled our call, it got postponed 2 hours before set time. I thought okay maybe something came up and since it was postponed by only one day, well I can wait. Next day, i’m sitting by the phone, waiting for a call which never happened. I got no email about cancellation, no reasoning, nothing. I don’t have to add the fact that I didn’t even get the result from the test. I’ve politely emailed the recruiter asking if something happened- no respond, she just cancelled our meeting in the calendar the next day. I’ve wasted my time first on preparing for the test, second on thorough preparation for the call. They’re just ridiculous company, that think their pink logo will lure people to think that they’re so cool. they’re not. stay away and don’t waste your time and nerves.
