Straightforward and I was always informed about the upcoming steps. It took me around 3 weeks to complete. Starting off with phone call, then onet ech interview and one behavioural fit interview before offer.

Question 1
Run through a search on Linkedin Recruiter. Explain your thoughts around your search.
Also a session with behavioral fit Questions (fairly standard ones, google them).
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna
Interview
I was referred by a friend for a role at Klarna. The booking process for the interview was very straightforward and I loved they sent me a short booklet about the company to prepare for the interview. Unfortunately, the person who interviewed me was very junior and I felt like she did not understand my seniority level nor had an idea what kind of questions to ask. I felt like I had to lead the interview. After she ghosted for some time and I had to follow up multiple times. Once she finally got back to me she shared I could be a fit for the future but the salary expectation was too high. The feedback provided to my referrer was completely different. I wish the recruiter was upfront and honest with me and more reactive as well. Overall I feel Klarna could be a good company to work for, but my interaction was not positive. I am sure they will improve in the future.

Question 1
Tell me about your background
Do you have experience leading a team
Salary expectation
Notice period
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2022
Interview
Extremely long for no reason, I believe I went through 6-7 interviews just to get an offer below market value.
Also note, as a candidate from Canada you have to wake up as early as 6am for multiple interviews with the team based in Europe.
Amount of interviews aside, the team is extremely intelligent and easy to communicate with.
