Interview
The process took close to a month, from the first time they reached to me until an offer was extended.
The interview steps were increasing in difficulty always manageable.
There were four rounds:
- A code challenge.
- A 3hr session composed of a coding test, system design test and behavioral test.
- A logic test.
- A final 3hr session composed of a more detailed system design test, meeting with PO and Team Lead of the team you might join and casual meeting with team members.
Overall the process was smooth, they kept me informed at all times of my progress and gave me feedback to improve after every test/interview.
