The interview process was a waste of time and energy. Made you take a weird exam that had absolutely nothing to do with the position and felt ableist. I wish I had looked into it before a applying to save myself the time and energy

Not a great way to screen candidates considering that you truly can't tell whether someone is a good fit through logic games--if I were applying to law school maybe this would be useful.
