The process took more than 3 months, by the end the recruiter sent me an email saying they've decided to stop my application process because they don't know their needs for the nex year.
This is literally the worst interview I've ever experienced in Sweden. One week after applying for the job, I had a phone call with the recruiter when I was traveling abroad. After that, they told me there will be a meeting with other designers in the team, which never happened. Instead, they started to check the validity of my work and student visa. They kept requesting all the documents of my working and student visa includes every single month's salary slip throughout these three months. And now they let me know they don't even know their hiring needs???
It's like going to an interview and the interviewer asks you to get naked first, and when the interview is done they tell you they're not sure if they need the position anymore. That's really professional of Klarna to treat their future employees like this. If Klarna is not looking for non-EU citizens they should’ve said in the first place. I can’t help wondering how’s their company culture like.
