      UX Designer Interview

      Sep 28, 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kite.com (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Extremely slow process, though they kept saying "we want to move fast!" I kept having to email them to follow up, schedule next steps, etc. Very unprofessional notification about updates. Particularly in that when they said no, they made up a story about pivoting the company to no longer need UX... Then I saw the job freshly posted on LinkedIn a few days later.
