it went smooth. people are kind and were helpful in filling out forms. The recruiter became a great friend and has helped me obtain the best possible package. they also spent a lot of money on getting me to go visit their Austin office. It was nice but not what I liked.

Interview
Very kind interviewer. They highly promote their employees and want to see them succeed. Employees have option to own stock in the company. Overall it seems like a great place to work.
Pretty straight forward interview. Kind and approachable people. Interview with the owner is separate so be prepared for multiple interviews. Started with a phone interview with the recruiter. If they believe you’re qualified, they give your resume to the hiring manager and you’re interviewed by them. And the. You’re interviewed by your direct manager.
