Question 1
I was given a mockup of a small web app and asked to build it using Rails and React.js (both new to me). The goal was to make some progress and submit whatever I had in a few days to talk about.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kissmetrics in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online heard back within 2 business days. Had video conference interview 3 days later which was pretty straight forward with question like "What is your marketing philosophy?" "What are your career goals?" unfortunately I was not asked to move forward. No feedback as to why, most likely looking for a local candidate.
