Dear Candidate - We appreciate sharing your perspective of the interview process. We take every feedback seriously and we understand it hasn’t worked out for you despite our best efforts! Trust our response will bring greater clarity to the points you have raised.
It was a walk-in drive scheduled for frontend developers. We had close to 254 candidates who walked in and were interviewed by our core technical team. The selection process was based on technical expertise and culture fitment.
We had personally called each candidate and clearly shared that the first level of the interview process would involve logical problem solving and the fundamentals in their core language/technology. We do not compromise on the quality of the hires and anyone who was not a direct fit in the logical round and/or the basics in Angular, React did not move past the first level of the interview. The interviewers did their best to communicate the feedback directly to these candidates and advised them on their areas of improvement too.
We also made sure to respond to all the candidates who had approached us after the weekend process. Nevertheless, if you are still not convinced, we want to help make sure your queries are sorted out.
