Interview
Received a phone screening after 5 days of sending in an application, interviewed with a panel for first interview. The panel asked basic questions regarding time management, reliability, and interest in the position. Afterwards, I was given a tour of the facility and was told I would hear back from them soon regarding setting up a second interview with senior leadership. I heard back the same day and scheduled an interview for the following week with the VP of Student Services. Second interview was low-stress and my interviewer was very personable. She asked questions regarding my career path and discussed options for my future at Kish. I received a phone call 20 minutes after the second interview offering me the position.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kishwaukee College (Malta, IL) in Jun 2011
Interview
It was a pleasant experience. The interview went over all of the skills involved in the company, and tried to understand how my skills would align with the position I was applying for. I had to meet 4 different interviewers, and each one of them brought their own aspect to the position. I did not have to take a test.
