They had 3 interviewers. Houskeeper Direct manager, then an indirect manager maintenance, and HR ( which really isnt as intimidating as it sounds). I think every position will have at least 3 ppl due to the fact that every department works closely with another department. Then if they like you you'll have a 2nd interview and its just with the director. If you pass that you'll have a drug, and TB test and a backround check.
