After submitting my resume via walk-in, I received an interview invitation by email. During the interview, I was asked many questions, including some situational ones about how I handle work-related stress.

After I submitted my resume, a manager called me and we talked a little on the phone, then she asked me to come for an in-person interview. It was mostly questions about what I'm currently doing, my hours and wage expectations, how I would handle customers with issues, and other basic interview questions.

You need to explain yourself and your past experiences. You will also be discussing how to handle difficult customers and your service policy. And you have to ask some questions.
