I had a really positive experience interviewing with KingswaySoft. The people were super nice, and I had the chance to meet the directors as well. Their products are interesting and promising, and the company is well-established. While we couldn’t fully agree on the work setup, I really appreciated their transparency and enjoyed getting to know more about the company. Interview
One telephone screen (basic oop questions, behavior questions and experience ) followed by an onsite coding and logic interview. Overall they were very easy. You are likely to hear them back very fast if you meet the requirements.

Interview
I received a follow-up call about a day after applying. I had a phone interview that covered technical questions, followed by an in-person interview with the technical team leader and manager. They were very nice and friendly. The behavioral questions were standard, and the technical questions were very quiz-like. After the interview, I asked about the expected waiting time and was told it would be 1-2 weeks. I had high hopes of being accepted because the company is near my home. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I sent a follow-up email and the company replied that I wasn't selected.
