2 interviews . First interview is with the HR and the line manager. They ask the technical questions. Academics, skills, role play if need be. Second interview is with the CEO. Asks about your family, and generally wants to see if you are a good fit. Asks about your salary expectations, you may get the job on the spot if you are lucky.

Multiple rounds of interviews held, typically your first round would be with human resource and either the head of department or someone from senior management and second with another C-Level executive.
