The initial application and screening process were fine but the in-person interview was quite peculiar and combative, with one of the two interviewers seeming to take a dislike to me early in the proceedings. I asked what I thought was a reasonable question about the company and its activities, only to be told that they were "frankly shocked" that I seemingly hadn't done my research. Things continued in a similar unpleasant tone - I had made up my mind by the trip home to turn down an offer even if one had been made.
