Was called for an interview with HR. They never showed up, I emailed and didn’t get a response back. I received another interview request and they didn’t show up again.

My initial phone interview went well. I had a great conversation with the Recruiter. I was invited in to meet with TA Mgr. When I arrived she greeted me with a quick gasp. I was not sure initially. As the interview progressed, I suspected it was my age. While I am not a recent graduate in my 20s, I am not yet a senior citizen. Does DEI include people over 50? You may want to explore sensitivity training and explore unconscious bias
