Thorough, straightforward. Easy to prepare for but preparation definitely necessary. Multiple interviewers with straight faces throughout the interview. Give no indication of how they are leaning. Practice for the usual types of questions and know why you want to work there.

I did an in-person group interview at one of their branch locations. They give you the interview questions 5-10 minutes before your interview so you can prep. There were 3 other people in the room who alternated asking me questions. It felt very friendly and conversational.
