I received a call from the HR and was invited for an interview with the managers directly after 2 weeks time. The interview process was very simple and smooth.

What are the different phases involved in a project?
About 30 mins with a mix of technical and personality questions. Usually hosted by two people, one direct manager and one director. The overall question is easy but they are looking for certain things.
