Will get a phone screen first, which asks a few interview style questions (around 30 minutes long). If selected for interview, then the interview will be about an hour long (depending on how long your answers are and how many questions you ask). The first 30 minutes or so are the typical interview questions asked by a 3 person panel. Then they allow you to ask questions of them. Overall very friendly and welcoming.

Interview
The interview process was very fast and professional. I received a call after applying within 2 days. There was a phone interview where they asked standard questions about my resume. The they scheduled a interview with all 3 managers. They will ask you in dept scenario questions to test your knowledge of contracts and how well you know a contract lifecycle.
Several rounds of interviews with a background check and urine test. Interviewers were prepared and the questions were reasonable. The interviewers were courteous and conscious of everyone's time and tailored the interview to ensure that no time was wasted.
