First I spoke with a company recruiter at my college career fair and had an awesome first impression of K-C. The next week I had an on campus interview set up though the career center. The people who work for K-C are very friendly and easy to talk to. The interview was behavior with the standard questions about your experiences.

Smooth interview process with standard questions in STAR format. There was only one round of interviews so no need to travel and interview on site or anything. HR was nice and the interview had more of a relaxing environment than most other interviews I’ve had.
