Kigo interview questions

Standard process where you meet with a recruiter, the hiring manager, then multiple VPs in a panel call. They ended up ghosting after multiple rounds and telling me to hold on because I was a top candidate but that I was interviewed early in their process and several decision makers were out on vacation.
