I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kforce (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a Kforce recruiter about an open Technical Project Manger (PM) position. We discussed what the client’s stated need was for the role and how my current skill sets and experience(s) matched to the role. Once we determined that I was not qualified but interested in the role we began salary negotiations.

Question 1
How many years of Technical Project Management experience do yo have?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kforce (Champaign, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
I was called/asked for an interview by Kforce recruiter. I replied back to the email and tried reaching the recruiter multiple times with no response. I tried reaching her on her work mobile as listed in the designation, with no reply and no answer to voice mail and i-message. I tried reaching out to her on LinkedIn and was ghosted again. In this tight, vulnerable market, if they are playing with the emotions and mental well-being of a candidate, what I can only say is, "Dear recruiter, fear God."
