Interview
Contacted by a recruiter over the phone, close to an hour conversation which lead to scheduling a meeting at the local Firm. Met with 3 different people, interview wasn't overwhelming, was casual with questions asked. Was not offered a position feedback was "I lead the meeting to much, and a good sales person should listen more than talk and not lead the meeting." Weird when I asked constant questions in all 3 meetings and replied back with questions as well. Not sure what they are looking for as this felt like a very flat and generic response, good luck.

Quick and job offered first interview but I declined because the pay was minimal and that could not cover my bills and transportation. Would interview again for another position if suited
This was a fairly typical interview process. It began with a phone interview. I was then called in for a one on one interview, and then finally there was a panel interview.

Interview was over all good but I am being asked to make a $200 payout for a G1 Tracker before I even get started is this legit? I've never been asked to make a payout after getting hired on.
