Interview
I contacted an internal recruiter via email. She called me and we spoke about the position and my background. She set up an interview with me and two directors at the company in person. The interview was about 2 hours long. The questions were easy. The first director made it seem as though I got the position. The second told me the initial recruiter would be in contact with me. I never heard from anyone. I contacted the recruiter and never got a reply. It was incredibly unprofessional. She was the recruiter for Portland and Bellevue area.

Quick and job offered first interview but I declined because the pay was minimal and that could not cover my bills and transportation. Would interview again for another position if suited
This was a fairly typical interview process. It began with a phone interview. I was then called in for a one on one interview, and then finally there was a panel interview.

Interview was over all good but I am being asked to make a $200 payout for a G1 Tracker before I even get started is this legit? I've never been asked to make a payout after getting hired on.
