Several rounds with HR, several interviews with senior managers and further discussions of job role and expectations. Some discussion of employee concerns and organizational structure. HR did full background review as per bank regulations.

Phone screen then in person. Interview was less formal as it was an initial review of fit. Great way to assess moving forward. Next step is to sit down and interview in more of a panel format or all day executive interview rounding.
