KeyBank Customer Service Manager interview questions

I found an open position online and input my personal information on their web page. Later, I entered the branch to meet with the manager. (Highly suggested) Who was able to specifically request my name out of the 100's of applicants. The interview was pretty straight forward. I was then asked to return for a second interview in front of a panel.
